Lamentablemente, después de haber compartido una opinión positiva cuando mi esposo y yo compramos nuestro auto —porque realmente estábamos muy contentos con la belleza del vehículo—, hoy nuestra experiencia no ha sido la que esperábamos. Hicimos el negocio de un auto con un valor superior a los trescientos mil dólares hace poco más de un mes y a tan solo una semana de tenerlo, apareció un defecto oculto. Desde entonces hemos acudido varias veces al dealer buscando una solución, pero hasta la fecha no han podido resolverlo. Según nos informan, se trata de un problema de software que no estaría disponible hasta inicios del próximo año (quizás marzo). Entiendo que los imprevistos pueden ocurrir, pero nos resulta decepcionante que un dealer de esta categoría no haya verificado el estado completo del vehículo antes de la entrega ni ofrecido una solución clara, como el cambio por otro auto en perfecto funcionamiento o devolución de nuestro dinero. Uno espera excelencia al comprar una marca de este nivel, especialmente siendo ya clientes en The Collection. Lamentablemente, esta experiencia ha sido todo lo contrario a lo que uno espera por el precio que se está pagando y hasta la fecha llevamos 28 días sin disfrutar el auto y seguimos sin una respuesta definitiva. Decidí escribir esta reseña para que futuros compradores tengan precaución antes de hacer negocios con este dealer. No todo lo que parece excelencia lo es, y nuestra experiencia es prueba de ello.

Mi esposa y yo compramos el día 8 de septiembre un Lamborghini Urus con un valor de trescientos once mil ciento ochenta y un dólares en este supuesto Dealer,manejamos el carro menos de una semana porque este empezó con una vibración indefinida y sonido en la parte trasera cuyo problema nunca nos dijeron,comunicaron ni tampoco se sintió el día de la compra,regresamos el carro la próxima semana de haberlo comprado para q lo arreglaran,resulta ser q descubrieron otro problema o fallo en el carro aparte del anterior comunicaron q era una actualización en el sistema de sonido de los escapes del carro q no tienen el software o q aún no sale la campaña para esa actualización pero q tampoco tienen solución para arreglarlo,pero q ala misma vez la primera falla ya estaba arreglada y lista q todo iba a solucionarse y q los dejara trabajar,me entregaron el carro supuestamente listo y arreglado el día 2 de octubre,saliendo del supuesto Dealer el carro estaba dañado de igual manera como cuando lo regresé,volví a llevarlo para atrás de nuevo ese mismo día,nunca arreglaron el carro y mintieron al decirnos q todo estaba arreglado y listo pero no fue así porque no tienen solución,llevamos 28 días esperando q nos den respuesta,nos devuelvan nuestro dinero,nos cambien el carro por uno nuevo en perfecto estado o alguna solución y es por gusto,la persona q nos vendió el carro supuestamente fue despedido y no apareció más,nos hemos reunido con con el general manager y no tiene respuesta ni solución solo nos ha dicho q le demos tiempo,hemos sido víctimas de una estafa planeada por estas personas,hemos ido al Dealer más de 10 veces y es por gusto,estas personas vendieron un carro por un valor de más de trescientos mil dólares dañado y aun después de 28 días seguimos esperando por alguna respuesta,no nos han devuelto nuestro dinero ni nos han cambiado el carro por uno q esté en perfecto estado(nuevo) q fue por lo q hicimos nuestro negocio y pagamos, hemos pasado la peor experiencia en este lugar,por favor a toda persona q vea esto,quiera o necesite un carro les comparto nuestra experiencia,no les recomiendo ir a este (Dealer)para no pasar por esta desagradable y horrorosa experiencia con este tipo de personas!

Wow!!!! What a difference from other exotic dealers including the collection in coral gables I was on my way to Ferrari Ft.
